The spacious open-plan layout of Ocean Villa allows the natural flow of ventilation during hot summer days.

On the upper floor, there are three double bedrooms with a spacious shared bathroom.

The ground-floor central open-plan living area has a second full bathroom, modest kitchen, six-seater dining room table and lounge area with french doors that open onto the main balcony creating one large entertainment area.

Tofinho beach is a paradise of uninterrupted miles of soft white sand without tourist crowds. Enjoy private access with the houses’ own beach boardwalk.

In addition to the beach, there is also a large manicured garden with a built-in BBQ area and outdoor shower.

When it’s time to drag yourself away to stock up on supplies, the shops are only a few minutes drive away or a short walk away. However, there’s a good chance you’ll really not want to leave once you’ve settled in. In that case, locals selling their garden produce and daily-catch may be your meal ticket.

For the adventure enthusiast, there are many different water sports available, book through local companies, including surfing, kite-boarding, surf-fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, whale watching, traditional sailboat tours, yoga and retreats, exploring on quad bikes or bicycles, and the list goes on. Alternatively, rent or bring your own favorite water-sports gear and make the ocean “front yard” your personal playground.
